Important Notes
We will always recommend additional specialist surveys should we see anything of concern. Such as:
Gas - we are not gas safe registered and any guidance on gas installations is from a visual inspection.
Boiler and Heating - we carry out visual checks on these, as they are sealed and licensed works.
Electrics - we are not qualified electricians and any guidance on electrical installation is from a visual inspection.

Snagging is an industry term for ‘faults’ ‘blemishes’ and other defects in a new home.
Snags are never intentional, they are mainly decorative or superficial, but they should not be there and your builder should rectify them for you, within a reasonable timescale.
Builders carry out very thorough inspections throughout the build of your new home, and there are various key inspections carried out by independent warranty providers (NHBC and Premier for example).
But there are times when items are simply missed, or occur after these inspections are done.
By instructing your own independent snagging inspection you can be assured that a further thorough check will capture all of these.
Introducing a client to Arkonix who then completes a full commission will earn you a fixed referral fee.
You will be rewarded with either a £25 voucher from Amazon, Love2Shop, or Screwfix.
If you are an existing customer you will receive a £25 refund. Terms and conditions apply.
Our prices are subject to change and may vary, please ask for a formal quotation.
